Kaukauna Veterans Park, in partnership with the VFW of Kaukauna and American Legion, are building The Ring of Honor: a paved memorial to honor all of those who have served their country. Included in this Ring of Honor is a water fountain, flowers and tree bed, new benches, lights and sound system, and nine flags.
Note: This is a picture of the New Holstein memorial. Ours will differ slightly from this design.
You can purchase an engraved brick to go in The Ring of Honor in the Kaukauna Veteran's Park. These clay pavers can be personally engraved with things such as a veterans name, branch of military, rank, time served, or other personal messages. If you do not have a veteran to honor, we are starting an "Adopt-A-Veteran" program that will allow you to choose from a list of about 80 unclaimed veterans. This will give everyone a chance to remember everything that our veterans have given to our country.
